At Al Madani Marbles & Granite, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a return policy within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Marble & Granite

Due to the delicate and breakable nature of marble products, we have a strict return and refund policy. To ensure product quality and safety, returns must be requested within 30 days, and all items should be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Process:

Once a returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 1 week.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

    • Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started or the item has been delivered.

Return Policy

Payment Terms

  • 50% Advance Payment: Required at the time of order confirmation. Production will begin only after the advance is received.

    • 50% Balance Payment: Due before delivery or dispatch of the goods.

  • Important Notes:

    • All payments are non-refundable once production has started, especially for custom-made items.

    • Delays in balance payment may result in delivery delays or storage charges.

    • We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or cheque (subject to clearance).
